Cancellation & Refund Policy

REVIVALHOUR COFFEE ROASTERS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as
possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order, and we strive to accommodate your needs while maintaining fairness to both our customers and our business. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Timeline: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as we initiate the packaging and fulfilment process promptly.
  • Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team
    through email or phone or WhatsApp as provided in our ‘Contact Us’ section. Kindly provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds: If your cancellation request is approved within the allocated timeline, we will process a full refund using the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • Exceptions: Please note that certain products, such as customized or personalized orders, may not be eligible for cancellation as they are specifically tailored to your preferences.
  • Modifications vs. Cancellations: If you wish to make modifications to your order instead of
    cancelling it entirely, please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any additional costs that may arise.
  • Damaged or Defective Product: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the
    same to our Customer Service team (WhatsApp Number +91 720-413-1600 or E-Mail ID: sales@revivalhourcoffeeroasters.com). The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7
    days of receipt of the products.
  • Third Party Vendor Products: In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
